We believe that each space has its own unique ambience. Our work is not just about capturing rooms; it's about conveying the mood and atmosphere you've meticulously created.
Our studio's photography has been featured on the covers and editorial features of Elegant Magazine and Hunty Magazine in the USA, as well as editorial features in Flawless Magazine and Vogue.com.cn and Yarn Magazine. For properties with fewer than two bedrooms, we will photograph additional views of the living spaces and key features to complete the 10-image collection.

30-minute pre-shoot consultation via phone or Zoom
Shot list and shoot planning, including review of property images supplied by the client
On Location
Professional daylight photography session on location
Professional Canon camera equipment and lenses
Up to 1 hour of travel time included. Additional travel is charged at $80 per hour
Post-Production
Preview gallery prepared for client image selection
Professional colour correction, RAW processing and file preparation
Custom retouching of all selected final images
High- and low-resolution JPEG files suitable for print and digital use
Final image quantity as outlined in your selected package
Licensing
Non-exclusive commercial licence for use by the named client/business specified in the agreement

To ensure your property is beautifully presented and photographs at its best, please have the following preparation completed before our arrival:
Professional cleaning throughout, including windows and glass.
Gardens and outdoor areas clean, tidy and presentation-ready.
Bedrooms made with fresh, pressed linen and minimal visible items.
Bathrooms clean, with fresh towels neatly arranged and personal items removed.
Kitchen and living areas decluttered, with everyday items, cords, bins and personal belongings removed.
Lighting checked, with all globes working and consistent.
Vehicles and bins moved away from areas being photographed.
Fresh styling elements — we recommend fresh flowers in a simple tonal palette, a bowl of lemons or seasonal fruit, and a beautiful loaf of bread for lifestyle imagery.

Once you're ready to proceed, simply confirm your project with us by email.
Pre-Shoot Planning
We'll schedule a time to discuss your project and prepare for the shoot, including the shot list and shoot-day schedule.
Shoot Day
Your property should be fully cleaned, prepared and styled before our arrival. We'll make minor styling adjustments on the day to ensure the property is photographed at its best.
Image Gallery Delivery
Your preview gallery will be delivered within 14 days of the shoot, allowing you to review the images and make your selections.
Final Image Delivery
Your selected images will receive our custom colour treatment and professional retouching before being delivered via Google Drive. Please allow 21 business days from confirmation of your image selections for final image delivery.
