To ensure your property is beautifully presented and photographs at its best, please have the following preparation completed before our arrival:

• Professional cleaning throughout, including windows and glass.

• Gardens and outdoor areas clean, tidy and presentation-ready.

• Vehicles and bins moved away from areas being photographed.

• Fresh styling elements — we recommend fresh flowers in a simple tonal palette, a bowl of lemons or seasonal fruit, and a beautiful loaf of bread for lifestyle imagery.
